Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or store credit. Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Any item that shows signs of wear, deodorant marks, makeup stains, scent, or damage may not be accepted. Swimwear must include the original protective hygiene seal. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return criteria, and unauthorized returns may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include final sale items, discounted or promotional purchases marked as non-returnable, and swimwear accessories such as scrunchies, towels, hats, or custom items. Gift cards and digital products are also non-refundable. We take these precautions seriously to ensure the safety, hygiene, and fairness of all transactions for our customers. Return Process

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, we kindly ask that you return your original purchase for a refund or store credit and place a new order. This allows us to process returns and new shipments more efficiently, and ensures availability of desired items. We cannot guarantee item availability during the exchange window, so we recommend placing your new order promptly once your return is approved and processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the item, packaging, and any damage noted. We will review the case promptly and provide a solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we take quality control seriously to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Please do not send back damaged items without contacting us first for instructions.
